You matter. So does the work you do. Life in this field is demanding. The rooms are full. The stories are heavy. And it is easy to end up practicing alone in a space that does not feel like a home. That is not what we want for the people who do this work. Flourish still has a core clinical team under our own name. Alongside that team, we are opening partner suites in our Spring Arbor house for licensed clinicians who want independence and still want to belong somewhere. You keep your name, your clients, your rates, and your practice. You share the building, the waiting room, and a community of people who are trying to cultivate the same thing we are: human potential. When you flourish, we all do.

What this is

Flourish Partners is a rental model inside an established counseling house. It is not a job. It is not a split-fee group practice. It is a furnished room in a place that already has a reputation, a referral network, and colleagues down the hall. You own the work. We tend the house.

The Space

328 E Main Street, Spring Arbor. Beautifully furnished private offices, waiting area, Wi-Fi, utilities, common rooms, and a group room for workshops and trainings. Average thirty or more clients a week and you get priority on a dedicated private room.

The arrangement

$100 a day per room. $2,000 a month. Utilities included. Pay only for the time you use. Practice elsewhere if you want. You set fees, choose clients, keep your EHR, run your own billing and panels, and practice under your own name.

What you receive

The room. The reputation. The referrals. Consultation groups. The group space. Discounted ACE CEUs through our sister company. Optional scheduling support if you use SimplePractice. Colleagues, not just square footage.

Who this is for

LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT, Psy.D., massage therapists, and neighboring work that serves the well-being of others. People who can hold a room with dignity. What this is not

Employment. No staff benefits. The core Flourish team stays under the Flourish name. Partner suites are for clinicians building their own practices inside the same house.
